Thinking of joining the journey?

Why you?

You’re ambitious and keen to reach your potential, willing to undertake the necessary professional examinations to ensure this – and relish the opportunity to play a significant part in helping this practice reach higher highs too as you further your career.

You resonate with Our Values and evidence a results focussed resume so far, underpinned by bucket loads of passion!

"Great teamwork is the only way we create the breakthroughs that define our careers."

Why us?

Our people are our greatest asset and will be the future of the practice. So, we expect and enable high standards of professional development; and can offer the pathway, network and mentorship to allow you to become the best you can be.

There’s nobody prouder of this profession than us and that’s recognised.

Our Managing Director, Robin Melley, for example is the only chartered financial planner to have been twice selected as the Chartered Financial Planner of the Year by the Personal Finance Society, which was in 2013 and 2020. This is widely accepted as the most prestigious accolade in the financial planning profession.

The practice has also received global recognition with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) ‘Financial Advisor Team of the Year award at the STEP Private Client Awards in 2020.

We have a real appetite for continuously improving what we do and the service we deliver to our clients – a passion shared amongst the team who all get involved. It’s one of the reasons that National Savings and Investments (NS&I) appointed us to advise their monthly £1m Premium Bond Jackpot Winners. We were first appointed in 2014 and then again in 2018, on both occasions following a very thorough national tender and due diligence process.

Award winning independent financial advice you can trust.
